Method
1. Whip the cream until it is stiff.
2. Add the yoghurt.
3. Add the oatcake crumbs.
4. Mash the raspberries to a pulp.
5. Put the cream/yoghurt mixture into a container in layers along with the raspberries. (i.e. first cream/yoghurt, then raspberry pulp, then cream/yoghurt, then raspberry pulp and so on.
6. Sprinkle sugar on top.
